sometimes i think i forget i actually have a livejournal account, but since it's 12:41 and i can't sleep--and i tried, i did, but my little brother storming into my room to slam my window shut so he could turn on the air is enough to wake anybody up--i figured i might as well use this thing.

and let's talk about how the got season two soundtrack was released early. because damn. granted, i haven't taken the rains of castamere off repeat (and really, who told the national that it was okay to cover that song? i'm demanding to see the receipts), but damn. at least the music is stunning, even if the show is not (looking at you, last week's episode. sunday better be all that and a bag of chips to make up for that mess)
also in the daily i'm-a-ridiculous-person information, my mom and i went to two different bookstores today so i could buy that one direction book. i'd almost be embarrassed, but a. i'm not and b. i used to own not only a backstreet boys book, but also a blink-182 book and an aaron carter book, so i think a 1d book is a fine addition to that collection.
